Terms of Service

By using Otitun you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

Otitun helps you organize audio, icons, labels and timers for your own Yoto Make Your Own cards. It is provided Your Audio, Your Way and is not made, endorsed or affiliated with Yoto Ltd. “Yoto” is a trademark of its owner.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping access to your email and Yoto account secure, and for activity on your account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to audio and images you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they’re for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t upload content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights.

4. AI features

AI-generated stories, voices, titles and art are provided as-is. Please review them before sharing with children.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, overload or attempt to break the service or Yoto’s systems.
• Don’t use the service to distribute copyrighted content you don’t own.

6. Pricing

Features are currently free during the trial. We’ll announce pricing before any charges, and you’ll never be charged without choosing a plan.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We aren’t liable for loss of data, content or Yoto card changes, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or the service. You can stop using it and disconnect Yoto at any time.
